Last week I launched this new feature encouraging me to CREATE something EVERY DAY. I promised to do a weekly summary of my creations so here is my summary this week: January 4- January 10, 2020.

I’ve decided to do a large overview image and then go into more details about my daily creations.

Overview

I was plagued by the cruddy cold/flu that seems to be rampant so my creative output wasn’t as creative. I tended to stick to computer design and blogging with some creative writing.

The Details

Saturday, January 4th: Creative Writing: Developed a children’s story inspired by having a cold and how that affects my puppy.

Sunday, January 5th: Blogging and Graphic Design: I volunteer for my local chapter of Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) by helping with marketing, blogging and social media. So I worked on materials for them on this day.

Monday, January 6th: Blogging and Graphic Design: Since Monday is my regular blogging day I blogged and graphic designed.

Tuesday, January 7th: Blogging and Graphic Design: I was still updating various things on my blog on Tuesday.

Wednesday, January 8th: Creative Writing (worked on my memoir): Wrote a tiny bit in my memoir before I succumbed to a fever!

Thursday, January 9th: Creative Writing (worked on my memoir): Wrote more in my memoir. So close to the 50,000 word mark!

Friday, January 10th: Blogging and Graphic Design: This is a little inside baseball but my daily creations revolved around creating this very blog post. I also created artwork/graphics for my HLAA chapter.

Conclusion

Next week I will make a more concerted effort to have more variety and more non-computer creations.
